  I bought a new surf board today and couldn't fault the team at Overboard, they really listened to what I wanted in terms of my ability and price range gave some great advice and recommendations and I love the new board. Not the best day to try it out waves wise, but immediate improvement.

  A good selection of surf gear, surf wear, skate boards etc. Prices are more expensive than their nearest competitors and there is little opportunity to negotiate a better price on normal retail prices. I have found that their sales prices are really good and better than their competitors. Unfortunately like a lot of retailers these days, the staff are the weak point. It's a roll of the dice to see if you visit the store on a day that there is a customer service focussed staff member on duty. I visited on 2 consecutive days enquiring about the same product, the first guy really couldn't be bothered and didn't know much about the board I was interested in, the second day I was lucky enough to encounter a staff member who was absolutely awesome.
