    Great gym if you accustom to morning workouts. They also offer free classes at different times of year to which really push you if you do weight workouts. These free workouts are best for an afternoon routine because the gym is always full after work.

    Hours are out of wack though if you want to train on weekends or after hours.

    Good location with cheap price, though get packed in peak times. Perfect early morning or late night.
