    My local library, always had time for me to use there computers and printer.
    Normally its 1 hour per computer but the staff are good here and allow you to double your time for studies.
    They have a mother and baby group here a couple of days a week so best to find out when these are if you need quiet time to think.
    Public toilets are open to anyone and they are open during the night markets on a Monday to use free of charge.
    There is also a free water fountain to top your water bottle up.
